Sapporo's representative miso ramen shop "Sumirè" is the founder of this faction. It is open until midnight and there are always queues.

Overall, it is not salty or oily compared to what it looks like, and the noodles are very good, although they are all made in Nishiyama. However, I still like "Ayame" the most in this series.
