I went to Hotel Europe, the top-class hotel in Huis Ten Bosch. For breakfast, you can choose from the buffet at the open-air tea lounge "Anchors Lounge" or "Kissuitei" where you can enjoy Japanese meals. This time I chose the buffet. In addition to the live kitchen omelettes and special breakfast, you can enjoy Hotel Europe's original sparkling wine as an "eye opener" to wake you up in the morning. There is also a non-alcoholic drink to enjoy the atmosphere.

It was a wonderful buffet with a wide variety of drinks that made me overeat in the morning.
