Breakfast at Hotel Europe.
You can choose between the buffet at Anchors Lounge or the Japanese set menu at Kissuitei.
I was undecided, but I decided on the buffet at Anchors Lounge.

There is a card on the table with the buffet's recommended dishes and their locations.
Recommendations include local fish sashimi, Nagasaki wagyu beef shabu-shabu, an omelette with about 20 different toppings to choose from, and vegetables from Nagasaki.

With over 50 different dishes and ingredients, I was unsure what to eat, but I personally enjoyed the chawanmushi.
I think it's quite rare for a breakfast buffet.
I was happy to be able to choose the toppings for my omelette, and they also had sparkling wine, so I enjoyed it.

I ate a lot in the morning and it was a happy time.
