Ao Dong Tan @ Sattahip

Located by the sea in Sattahip, this spot offers a great atmosphere. It is situated within the Royal Thai Fleet area in Sattahip, Chonburi. On Friday and Saturday evenings, there is a bustling night market with plenty of food and snacks. Besides the market, there are also restaurants, cafes, and chill-out spots.

For accommodations, there are options both near the night market and by Ao Dong Tan, making it very convenient. In the evening, the atmosphere is lively with people spreading mats for picnics, families enjoying their time, or individuals jogging. Personally, I love it, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings (because of the abundance of food 😋).

Getting there:
🚗 If you have a private car, it's straightforward. Just use GPS if you're worried about getting lost.
For those without a private car, here are some options:
🚐 Minivans from Mo Chit to Sattahip (get off at the Navy/GR stop, which is the closest). From there, you can take a motorcycle taxi or rent a motorbike from nearby rental shops.
🚌 Navy Welfare Bus from Tha Ratchaworadit Pier. Get off at the Cold Storage stop and walk about 1.5 km further.
