Located in the north of Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, the Autumn Harvest Uprising Square covers a total area of ​​346 mu (approximately 1,000 acres), with a green coverage rate of 60%. The square, with the Pingshui River as its link, consists of the Central Square, Northwest Square, Southeast Square, and Northeast Square.

The construction aims to commemorate the historical event of the Autumn Harvest Uprising. The square buildings are designed and distributed along the axis. On the north-south axis, there are outdoor electronic screens, flag-raising platforms, musical fountains, monuments and the Autumn Harvest Uprising Exhibition Hall in the base of the monument; on the east-west axis, pavilions, flower stands, stone carvings and artistic membrane structures are perfectly integrated, making the square integrate commemorative exhibitions, celebrations, gatherings, leisure and entertainment and other functions, becoming Pingxiang's picturesque "city living room".
