Explore the Ancient City of Ephesus

The ancient Greek-Roman city of Ephesus is located in Izmir Province, Turkey. It is a well-preserved ancient city that has been designated as a World Heritage Site.

The ruins of the city are quite intact. As you walk into the city, you will see Roman columns lining both sides of the path. The path itself is somewhat difficult to walk on as it is paved with large stones placed together.

Within the city, you will find ruins of buildings, ancient sites, temples, theaters, and libraries. While exploring different spots, you will encounter adorable, chubby Turkish cats. Don't forget to bring some snacks for them; they are very affectionate and cute. 😻
