Walking along 杉参道, the cedar-lined path leading to Zuihoden Mausoleum, was truly a beautiful and calming experience. Towering ancient cedar trees flanked both sides of the trail, casting dappled shadows and creating a naturally tranquil atmosphere that immediately lifted the spirit.

The peacefulness of the setting made the gentle climb up the stone steps feel almost meditative. Each step brought us closer to the temple grounds, but also deeper into nature — a rare blend of spiritual serenity and natural beauty.

We stopped several times just to take in the view and snap some photos — the contrast between the moss-covered stones, towering trees, and soft light filtering through the branches made for some stunning shots.
