[Seoul Cuisine] Recommended for the cold season! Kalguksu Shabu-shabu

The shellfish broth was simply amazing...! 🥹✨

Shabu-shabu served in a soup bursting with flavor. First, let the shellfish cook thoroughly, then quickly dip the meat into the fragrant broth. It was a winner!
The shellfish were large, plump, and delicious! The soaked vegetables were irresistible. And to finish, we had kalguksu! Slurping up the delicious broth down to the last drop was incredibly satisfying. ◎

What's more, you can customize your kimchi, additional broth, and sauces as much as you like. You can customize the flavor to your liking and never get bored of eating...!

The side dishes, such as the chijimi and squid and flying fish roe, were also slightly spicy, making them perfect for drinking. This is definitely something to pair with beer! 🍺🔥

It was a wonderful shabu-shabu experience, especially recommended for cold days! ♨️🫶

They also had a single-serving serving of shellfish kalguksu (15,000 won).
