[Jeju Accommodation] Place Camp Jeju Single Accommodation Review, Dorell Cafe

PlaceCamp Jeju is a highly recommended accommodation for solo travelers!

The accommodation I stayed in was a ‘Standard Plus’ room and I paid 250,000 won for 4 nights, so it was about 65,000 won per night.

I chose the room because it had a view of Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak.

[Pros]

- Various activities available

- Accommodation suitable for sleeping alone (soft bed, clean bathroom)

- Dorell Cafe, pub, restaurant in the accommodation

- Low cost of accommodation

- Coin laundry (easy to wash and dry for long-term travelers)

- Brightly lit until night, so it’s not scary to travel alone (safety is important!)

- The hippest sensibility in the east

- Close to Gwangchigi Beach, so you can take a walk

[Cons]

- Far from the airport (1.5 hours by bus, buses don't come often)

- Small space for two people

- Not so good soundproofing

This accommodation has more advantages than disadvantages, so I highly recommend it if you're planning a solo trip to Jeju!

[Dorel Cafe Main Branch]

Dorel Cafe Main Branch is located in Jeju Place Camp.

I heard this place was famous, so I decided to have breakfast at Dorel.

The signature menu here is 'Nutty Cloud', but I didn't feel like sweet coffee after exercising, so I ordered iced Americano and carrot-shaped bread.

The cafe atmosphere was hip and full of Instagrammability.

A cafe that opens early in the morning is on the first floor of the accommodation... I'll drink it every morning...

The coffee and bread are so-so, not famous?
