When I visit a Chinese restaurant, I tend to prefer Jjajangmyeon over Jjamppong

Dodubanjeom is famous for Mom Jjamppong, so I tried Mom Jjamppong. I visited Dodubanjeom, which is famous for Mom Jjamppong.

I know that Dodubanjeom operates in two locations: Sasubonjeom in Jeju-si and Hotel The Born in Seogwipo.

I tried Hotel The Born in Seogwipo. Black Pig Mom Jjamppong is Jjamppong with Jeju dialect ‘Mom’ and Mojaban.

The texture of the Mom that is chewed together when chewing the noodles was really good.

The jjambbong broth seemed to be based on pork broth,

but it didn't taste greasy and had a rich and refreshing taste.

The black pork tangsuyuk came with sauce sprinkled on it.

I usually enjoy the crispiness of tangsuyuk when dipped in sauce

and the moist texture when it's soaked in sauce,

so I liked the tangsuyuk with sauce sprinkled on it.

The tangsuyuk sauce wasn't too sweet, which was nice, and it went even better with the jjambbong.

I like jjajangmyeon more than jjambbong!

However, if I visit Dodubanjeom again,

I think I'll choose the body jjambbong again.
