The Kenny Stay Hotel in Seogwipo is a great value. Book early on trip.com for the cheapest price, with a single room including breakfast around HK$200. The Kenny Group operates over ten hotels and other facilities in South Korea, making it a relatively small brand. The location is excellent, with the waterfall a half-hour walk away and the market a three-minute walk away.
The views are stunning, the design is simple, and no frills. Book early to guarantee a good deal. Each room has opening windows and offers air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a desk, a refrigerator, hot water, and a clean bathroom. The showers are powerful, and the rooms are well-insulated. The laundry room and parking are on the first floor.
The breakfast has a wide selection of Western and Korean dishes, including porridge, noodles, and rice. The Korean side dishes are plentiful and can fill you up, making it cheaper than buying bread and coffee. However, buying breakfast on site is more expensive, at 14,000w, compared to the price you paid when booking.
