It's also a filming location for popular Korean dramas like "The Bitter Orange Meets You" and "My Lovely Sam Soon," especially the former, whose story is set in Jeju Island, perfectly showcasing the island's natural beauty. 💕

Of all the day trip options, I highly recommend this spot. Although it's just a bay, the steps leading down to the seemingly endless expanse at the bottom are breathtaking!

You can also enjoy a bowl of seafood ramen (or abalone porridge) caught by the haenyeo (female divers). The sea snails and abalone are huge, so it's worth the price as a way of supporting them!

I didn't catch the sunset haenyeo performance, but it's still worth the visit! 👍
