Korea/Seoul [Seongsu-dong] Super spicy ❀️‍πŸ”₯ Malatang restaurant

#OverseasTravel

Seongsu-dong in Seoul, Korea.

There is a cafe street with many stylish cafes,

and it is a town near a large park called Seoul Forest.

In addition to cafes, there are many famous bakeries,

stylish restaurants, and cute miscellaneous goods stores in the area.

I would like to introduce you to malatang in Seongsu-dong.

Malatang has been popular in Korea for about three years, and there are quite a few restaurants, but I have not had a chance to try it, so this was my first time!

There seem to be many malatang restaurants,

but here you can choose all the ingredients you want, such as vegetables and noodles, and pay by the gram.

There are Chinese cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, bok choy, mushrooms, bean sprouts, squid, mochi, etc., so I put in what I liked.
For noodles, there are various thicknesses of tanmen (vermicelli).

I think it was about 8,500 won here.

The taste is quite spicy.

The sansho pepper gives off a numbing sensation, and it's so spicy that you'll sweat, so if you don't like spicy food, be careful.

I love eating spicy food, and I thought it was great to be able to eat lots of vegetables.
