The season for cold noodles has arrived. A four-generation Hamheung cold noodle restaurant in Jung-gu, Seoul.

I ate Hamheung Naengmyeon, which has been passed down for 4 generations, with chewy noodles.
There are cold noodles in mulnaeng, meat bibim, hoe naengmyeon, mixed naengmyeon (meat + hoe), and onmyeon.
(All 14,000 won)

Of course, Hamheung Naengmyeon is more delicious in bibim,

but mulnaeng with chewy noodles is also really delicious. 🫶
I recommend the mixed naengmyeon with meat and hoe between mulnaeng and bibim as this restaurant's signature menu.
The meat in the naengmyeon is also delicious, so I think boiled pork would be delicious. The cold noodles restaurant and Gwangjang Market Cheonggyecheon are close, so it's good to take a walk after eating.
