Fort San Pedro: A Historical Landmark in Cebu Island

Fort San Pedro in Cebu Island is a historical site that retains traces of war. It was once a military facility used as a fortress. Over the years, it was utilized in battles by the Spanish and Americans, leaving behind cannons and remnants of military structures.

Today, it has been transformed into a park-like area where university students can be seen joyfully filming videos. There are plenty of benches, creating a relaxing atmosphere perfect for a weekend retreat. People of all ages, from children to adults, appear to be enjoying their time there.

At the entrance, there is an informational board providing a brief history in English, allowing visitors to learn about its past. Additionally, the gallery features portraits, offering an opportunity to appreciate art as well.
