A never ending palace of wonder 🏰 🤩

The Gyeongbokgung palace is without a doubt the biggest palace complex I’ve seen in my life. The sprawling palace is close to Gyeongbokgung station and is very easily accessible.

The main palace is centered around big gravel squares that help you take in the sheer scale, then as you move through the complex it opens up into stunning greenery and smaller buildings.

The detail within these buildings is mind blowing, the roofs in particular are stunning.

There is a small entrance fee but it’s worth it, you can pay in person or use a multi lingual self serve machine.
