[Myeongdong/Seoul] Michelin-starred bibimbap

This restaurant is located a little way up the mountain from Myeongdong.
It's quite a hilly road...😂
You can see Namsan Seoul Tower from the big window inside the restaurant.

When we arrived around 2:30, there were about 15 groups waiting...
Instead of waiting in line, we wrote our names on a paper waiting board and waited 40 minutes.
When our name was called, we ordered and paid at the ordering machine at the entrance.
I thought the machine was for cards, so I didn't check if it accepted cash.
The type that would ring a bell 10 minutes after ordering.

I ordered doenjang (miso) flavored bibimbap!
I diligently put the neatly arranged side dishes on the rice,
and added a lot of gochujang and mixed it together.
Both the gochujang and doenjang were spicy,
so you might want to be careful. (I put in too much, so it was just the right amount of spicy, and it was just too spicy lol)
It's natural and delicious, but to be honest, is it worth waiting in line to eat? That's my impression.
If you want to eat yukhoe, is it worth it? There are plenty of cheap, fast and delicious bibimbap out there...lol

But I think it's nice to be able to enjoy your favorite way of eating in a beautiful restaurant! ! ☻
