Jongno 3-ga, Ikseon-dong, Seoul, Korea
[Miltoast]
Located on a fashionable street lined with traditional hanok houses
This cafe is popular for its "steamed bread" that is steamed in a steamer after you order it.
Opens at 8am.
We arrived 30 minutes early and were the second to arrive, but by opening time there was a long line behind us.
You can choose two flavors of steamed bread.
I chose plain and corn.
We waited 30 minutes.
The freshly baked bread was moist and fluffy.
It felt like it disappeared as soon as I put it in my mouth, and I finished it in no time.
The onion potato soup we ordered was also rich and delicious.
The "steamed bread" that's the talk of the town!
It seems like the turnover rate is low because it's steamed after you order it, but if you have the time, it's worth visiting.
