Day 1: Cultural highlights in Seoul
Early in the morning, I walked into Bukchon Hanok Village and heard leisurely footsteps in the alleys. The architectural style of the Joseon Dynasty is preserved here, and the traditional tiled houses contrast with the modern city yet coexist harmoniously. In the afternoon, I came to Insadong, holding a cup of traditional Korean tea in my hand, feeling the time slowly flowing. In the evening, we headed to Cheonggyecheon Stream, where the stream dotted with night lights looked like a river of stars falling on earth, revealing a hint of tranquility and romance amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.
Day 2: The natural music of Nami Island
The next day, I took a bus to Nami Island. This crescent-shaped island is famous for its romance and beautiful scenery in all seasons. In the morning, I strolled along the Ginkgo Avenue. The golden leaves covered the ground, just like stepping on an autumn carpet. Then, I walked through the maple leaf tunnel. The layers of red leaves were poetic and picturesque, making people feel like they were in a fairy tale world. There are also Korean drama filming locations on the island, especially the classic woodland trails, where you can almost hear the whispers and laughter of the characters in the drama. In the afternoon, I took a nap in a lakeside cafe, feeling the ripples on the lake and the swaying shadows of the trees. Every corner of Nami Island composes a seasonal melody for travelers in the most natural way, making people linger endlessly.
