Introducing Shize Building

Shize Building, located in Gaobei Township, Yongding District, Longyan City, is a member of the Gaobei Tulou Group. It is a square earth building that was first built during the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty. It was destroyed by war in 1929 and restored to its original appearance in 1931 .

There are ancient coin models paved with pebbles on the ground at the entrance, which symbolizes the attraction of wealth and treasure. The building has one door, two wells, three halls and four staircases, which are well designed and fully meet the characteristics of family living together.
