📌Things you need to know before traveling on a budget!
✅You must buy the T-Money transportation card!
💰RM10 | Available at 7-11, GS25, and there are discounts on subway/bus! Much cheaper than buying a single ticket! 🚆
✅Download Kakao/네이버 maps, don’t use Google Maps!
Google Maps is really hard to use in Korea, the routes are often inaccurate, and locals all use Kakao & 네이버!
✅The cheapest way to get to the airport:
Incheon → Seoul city: Take the AREX subway regular train (RM18), don’t be silly and buy the express line! 🚆
Gimhae Airport → Busan: Taking the subway or bus is the cheapest option. Don’t take a taxi directly, as the starting price is RM100+!
✅Be sure to use Korean food delivery app (Yogiyo / Baemin)!
Eating alone at a Korean restaurant is expensive, but takeout is super cheap! You can get a big portion of Korean fried chicken + rice for around RM15! 🍗🍚
✅Use supermarkets and convenience stores more!
GS25, CU, and 7-11 all have tons of cheap rice balls and instant noodles, a meal can be yours for RM5-10!
