Enjoy Novotel Ambassador Jiangnan! 🏨Wonderful experience in Seoul

For this trip we chose the Novotel Ambassador Gangnam in Gangnam, Seoul, located at 130 Bongeunsa-ro, Gangnam-gu. The location of the hotel is great, not only in the center of Gangnam District, but also near many international restaurants and traditional Korean snacks. 🚶‍♂️The nearest subway station is only a five-minute walk away, which instantly raised our expectations for this trip!

The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of dining options and a great nightlife, but the hotel is very peaceful. The decoration of Novotel incorporates French style, and there is even a model of the Eiffel Tower in the lobby. You can feel the strong exotic atmosphere as soon as you enter the hotel. In terms of facilities, the hotel is equipped with a spacious and modern gymnasium, swimming pool and discounted sauna services, making your stay comfortable and conducive to relaxation. In addition, although there were some minor incidents during the front desk reception, the staff was very friendly and willing to help, especially some special surprises prepared in subtle details, which made the entire stay extremely pleasant.

The room is generally clean and comfortable. Although the bathroom is small, it has complete facilities, such as the heated toilet, which is very fresh. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable, I had a great sleep every night. Not to mention the spacious room layout, it also has all the necessary facilities such as TV and air conditioning. Although the room keys sometimes needed repair, the staff were so welcoming that it was never a hassle.

The Gangnam district where the hotel is located is really a beautiful place. There are nightlife experience spots such as Seoul Pub Crawl and tourist attractions such as "Seoul Escape Room – GangNam 1" nearby. Jamsil Baseball Stadium and the National Museum of Korea are within a short walk. As for dining, nearby restaurants such as Flavors and The Margaux Grill bring unparalleled enjoyment to the stomach, and you can also experience nighttime tipsiness at MOBO Bar.

Of course, things aren't always perfect. Sometimes the front desk seemed to have poor communication, for example there were some issues with credit card payments. However, the rest of the hotel staff were very professional and friendly, so I believe this was a minor flaw that did not affect our enjoyment of the overall experience. Overall, this stay was quite pleasant. I believe that next time I come to Gangnam District, I will definitely choose to stay in such a comfortable hotel again. 💼🍴
