🚇How to get there: It's not right next to the subway station. It would be convenient to take a bus or shuttle from Gyeongbokgung Station. It's not that far.
🌳Attractions: If you look at the Blue House homepage, there are about 4 recommended routes explained in detail, but you can take about 2-3 hours and look around leisurely. It's not difficult at all to plan a route. However, since I came to the Blue House, I personally felt the most impressed by the main building, the green space, and the official residence. It rained a little when I went, but it was nice because there were no people, and the landscaping and rain made a spectacular sight, and it was a great opportunity to talk about Korean history while walking with my family. I should come again when the weather is clear.
🔑Recommended courses: The tour guides for the tour courses were well placed at the entrance. I went through the course of Chunchumun->Nokjiwon->Sangchunjae->Chimryugak->Gwanjeo->Old Main Office Site->Sojeongwon->Main Office->Daejeongwon->Yeongbin->Jeongmun and it was so good. It took about 2 hours.
🍜Recommended food & restaurant: Samcheong-dong Sujebi near Cheong Wa Dae seems like a must-visit course. The price is reasonable and it's a good place to eat with your family for the first time in a while. I recommend the sujebi and potato pancake.
