Jamsil Street Tour

🔮 Jamsil, located in the southeastern part of Seoul, is a neighborhood that combines various attractions with convenient transportation. I took a light half-day stroll around the Jamsil area this time.

🌳 I started with Seokchon Lake, and it was impressive to find such a lake in the middle of the city. The walking paths around the lake were well-maintained, making it perfect for a stroll. Since it was morning, the area was quiet and peaceful. Taking a break with a cup of coffee at one of the lakeside cafes was also a nice touch.

🍁 Next, I moved on to Lotte World Mall. Its sheer size meant it took quite some time to explore, but the variety of shops and restaurants made it enjoyable. Although I didn’t go up to the Lotte Tower Observatory, just seeing it from below was quite majestic.

Overall, Jamsil is a great neighborhood for walking. While it’s bustling, it has its own sense of order, and the excellent public transportation makes getting around easy. Though it was a short visit, it was a small trip that allowed me to feel a sense of relaxation in the city. 🏞️
