Merlion - Singapore

When talking about “Singapore”, the national symbol that everyone knows is nothing else but “Merlion” which has the head of a lion and the body of a fish. It is located at Merlion Park, near the mouth of the Singapore River.

If you don’t stop by to see the Merlion and take a photo to check in, you can’t say that you have arrived in Singapore.

There are a lot of tourists here because it is an important landmark. I recommend coming in the morning when there are fewer people, or coming in the evening to get another kind of beautiful picture.

If you look across, you will see the Marina Bay Sands building, or as we know it, the building with a boat on top. Don’t miss taking a photo with this angle because you will see a clear and distant view.

Inside the park, there are also restaurants and coffee shops where you can cool down. Don’t forget to bring an umbrella because it is very hot during the day.
