I discovered a truly delicious pork belly restaurant, Tong Kimchi Samgyeopsal, and decided to give it a try. If you arrive right at opening time, you should be fine, but if you're even slightly late, you might have to wait! When I visited during dinner hours, I ended up waiting for an hour.

The owner is incredibly friendly, and the meat is tender, flavorful, and free of any unpleasant smell. The bean sprout kimchi grilled alongside the meat is a must-try! It’s the perfect way to enjoy a hot summer with some delicious grilled pork belly. 💖
