Yeouido, Samseonghyeol Seafood Soup

🍁I tried the fish roe soup at Samseonghyeol Seafood Soup located in the basement of The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido. Since it was around lunchtime, there were a few people waiting, but the turnover was quick, so the wait wasn't long.

The fish roe soup we ordered had a rich and spicy broth that was perfect for stimulating the appetite. It was generously filled with roe, and ingredients like water parsley, bean sprouts, and tofu blended well, providing a pleasant texture. Above all, the clean and refreshing broth paired perfectly with rice.🦋

🌳The side dishes were neatly presented, and overall, the seasoning of the food was not overly strong, leaving a clean impression. If you enjoy spicy food, you'll likely be satisfied, but the spice level is moderate enough for anyone to enjoy comfortably.

The atmosphere was clean and quiet, making it a comfortable place to dine. It's a spot I'd like to revisit when craving a hearty and spicy soup.🔮
