More modern Seoul, restaurants

🔮I looked at reviews of Song, a buckwheat udon restaurant located on the 6th floor of The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido, My Gaya, and Jeongdon, a pork cutlet restaurant.

1. Song (Udon/Buckwheat Specialty Restaurant)
This is a udon/soba specialty restaurant with a clean Japanese atmosphere. Both the signature cold buckwheat and warm udon were faithful to the basics, and the noodles were chewy and the soup was not too spicy, which was good. The fried food that came as a side dish was also crispy and not too oily, which was satisfying. It was a structure that was comfortable to eat alone.🍁

2. My Gaya (Korean Restaurant)
This is a restaurant that adds a modern sensibility to traditional Korean food. It is a neatly arranged banchan style, and the rice, soup, and side dishes were all well-balanced. The menus that made good use of seasonal ingredients were impressive, and the taste was not too salty, so anyone could eat comfortably. It would be good if you want to enjoy Korean food calmly in one meal.🌳

3. Jeongdon (Donkatsu specialty restaurant)
'Jeongdon' is known as a famous Donkatsu restaurant in Seoul. It is characterized by soft meat and thick texture, and the batter is thin and crispy, so it has a clean taste overall. The sauce is not too much and brings out the taste of the meat well. However, since it is a popular restaurant, there is a waiting time, but I felt that it was worth the wait.🍁
