Lesson 1: Korea is incredibly

Lesson 1: Korea is incredibly hot and humid, and it rains a lot during the rainy season. 🌧️ Bring an umbrella and sunscreen. The air conditioning in Korea is quite strong, so it can be quite cold. 😅 The difference between indoors and outdoors is extreme.
✔️ Lesson 2: Taking the subway from the airport was incredibly tiring. 🚇 With so much luggage, it was incredibly tiring. Transfers and climbing stairs with luggage were exhausting. I recommend hiring a car for airport pickup and drop-off in advance. It's convenient and affordable.
✔️ Lesson 3: The hotel check-in time is after 3:00 PM. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel while we were out exploring. We couldn't check in, but we could leave our luggage at the hotel.
✔️ Lesson 4: Myeongdong is convenient for shopping, but the hotels and food options nearby are more expensive than elsewhere.
✔️Lesson 0⃣️5️⃣: Breakfast shops in Seoul are really hard to find, so I usually eat at convenience stores. Also, don't leave too early. Shopping malls usually open at 10 a.m., so if you leave early, there's nowhere to go.
✔️Lesson 0⃣️6️⃣: Traveling is convenient. Avoid taxis if you can. Taxis are expensive and often get stuck in traffic. The subway and bus are very convenient, and you don't need to swipe a card to get on the bus.
✔️Lesson 0⃣️7️⃣: In Korea, you should buy things at duty-free shops. I bought something at a department store and then compared it to the duty-free shop. I was hundreds of dollars short! Follow my advice: Go to the duty-free shops first and buy what you like through group purchases. If you can't find it, go to the department stores.
✔️Lesson 0⃣️8️⃣: You don't need a membership card to buy oliveyoung. Lotte and Shilla have cosmetics. Gold cardholders get 15% off and 20% cashback! It's much cheaper than standalone stores.
✔️Lesson 0⃣️9️⃣: Lotte Duty Free is huge. Buy miumiu and Vacheron Constantin here. Shinsegae and Shilla cosmetics are local trendy brands with high points.
✔️Lesson 1️⃣0️⃣: Don't mess around with payment methods at duty-free shops. Bring a UnionPay card. Duty-free shops have WeChat and UnionPay promotions, offering gifts of up to 250,000 Korean won for accumulated purchases. ZFB also has discounts and excellent exchange rates.
✔️Lesson 1️⃣1️⃣: Korean attractions aren't fun and are relatively small. Cults are okay, shopping is okay, and getting pretty is okay.
✔️Lessons 1️⃣2️⃣: There aren't any sales going on at the LV duty-free shop right now. Don't rush into duty-free shops blindly. Compare prices at department stores and duty-free shops, and buy where you find the best deal.
✔️Lessons 1️⃣3️⃣: Restrooms are hard to find, and many require passwords. These passwords are given after you make a purchase. If you're in a hurry, you can find them at the subway station. Also, the risk of hidden camera photography is serious!
✔️Lessons 1️⃣4️⃣: When buying a bag, check the quality carefully. Don't be shy. If an imported brand item is defective when you pick it up at the airport, you won't be able to take it with you! Always check it thoroughly.
