How to enjoy Michelin-starred Yukhoe at Gwangjang Market in Seoul

Buchon Yukhoe is a famous restaurant known to all Seoul lovers.
I've tried other places, but the reason I keep coming back here is the sesame oil! The sesame oil here is so fragrant, I could almost drink it!!!
They offer refills, so be sure to mix a little into the soup to change up the flavor.
The sesame oil itself contains salt, which adds a richer flavor to the soup, making it even more delicious.

I was surprised to find the soup already there by the time I sat down, but it wasn't leftovers from the previous customer.

The market is packed with things to do and see, including a newly opened Starbucks, a garlic bread shop called Garlic Boy, and a hanbok fabric store.

📍Location: 200-12 Jongro, Jongno District, Seoul, South Korea
💰Price per person: ¥1,000-¥2,000
🕰️Hours: 10:00-21:30
