This is a Yukhoe specialty restaurant in Gwangjang Market, a tourist spot in Seoul, Korea, where there are always long lines. It's also a regular Michelin restaurant. In Korea, you can eat raw liver, so I'm sure many people want to eat Yukhoe and raw liver when they visit Korea. You can also eat live long-legged octopus (Sannakji), which is rare in Japan. You can eat sannakji together with yukhoe, so it's a dish I always order when I go there 🐙
