Located on the 5th floor of the Fairmont Ambassador Hotel, Spectrum is a buffet restaurant offering high-quality food in a quiet atmosphere.

We enjoyed a weekday dinner, and the quality of each dish was so good that we wanted to try everything. One of Spectrum's strengths is its live pasta and guéridon service, which allows for the food to be prepared in real time, making for a delicious meal. Plus, they offer unlimited wine and beer.

The skewers were delicious, as were the salads, but the steak and seafood were especially excellent.

The Fairmont Ambassador Hotel is adjacent to The Hyundai Department Store, making it easily accessible. If you're visiting The Hyundai, it might be worth a try at the Spectrum buffet.
