Seoul Museum of History

Located just a short walk from Gwanghwamun Station, it's free to enter and the exhibits are rich and informative.
I've seen kids here on field trips and even extracurricular activities.
Even foreigners who don't speak Korean can enjoy it.
There's plenty of seating, they screen movies, and it's a museum with plenty to see and do.

Behind it is Gyeongjogung Palace, which is also highly recommended for a visit!
