Buchon Yukhoe is a raw fish specialty restaurant located in Gwangjang Market. It has been consistently selected as a Michelin restaurant for several years, so it is a very well-known place.

Actually, I had to wait when I visited during dinner time. Since the menu is not that long, the turnover rate is high, so I was able to get in quickly.
