🛫 Plaza Premium Lounge @ KLIA Terminal 2 – Beautiful Lounge, But Watch the Location

Tried out the Plaza Premium Lounge next to Aerotel at gateway@klia2 before my flight, and it’s definitely one of the nicer-looking lounges I’ve been to. The space is beautifully decorated — modern, clean, and with plenty of comfortable seating scattered throughout. It didn’t feel cramped at all, even when a few more people came in.

That said, the location is a bit of a downside. Since it’s located landside (before security), you really need to factor in enough time to go through immigration and security checks after your stay — not ideal if you’re someone who prefers to head straight to the gate stress-free. I’d recommend this lounge only if you have a longer layover or arrive very early.

The food was okay — nothing fancy or memorable, but it’ll keep you going. A few hot items, snacks, and drinks, but don’t expect anything beyond standard lounge fare.

Overall, it’s a beautiful and comfortable place to relax, but the landside location makes it a bit impractical for shorter windows.
