On a weekday afternoon, I visited SOUL TREE in Futako-Tamagawa with a friend, and it was such a cool experience.

This trendy cafe, located in a converted garage, has a rustic, industrial vibe that’s both unique and inviting. I ordered their signature cheesecake, which is torched right in front of you. The caramelized, slightly burnt top was rich and flavorful—an absolute treat!

I also tried their sloppy joe, and it was just as amazing, packed with juicy meat and perfectly seasoned.

SOUL TREE is definitely a hidden gem where you can enjoy good food in a one-of-a-kind setting.
