Omakase Sushi by a Michelin-Star Chef from Shimbashi, Tokyo

Last week, I had an Omakase sushi lunch in Shimbashi. I loved the beautiful decor and serving plates in the restaurant, and sitting inside felt very comfortable and relaxed.

The sushi chef previously worked at a Michelin-selected restaurant and has exclusive access to high-quality seafood. The flavors are fresh and light, with a youthful and refreshing vibe. The set includes 12 pieces of sushi including rolls, 6 kinds of dishes, and the portions are generous. You can also order free-flow drinks separately, and the chef can introduce the ingredients and preparation methods in English.

I especially loved the appetizers, particularly the grapes with cream cheese. The sushi presentation was also very beautiful. The medium fatty tuna and the conger eel near the end were just so delicious... Overall, I really enjoyed the meal.
