Finally made it to the weekend😆 Celebrating a birthday, brought my partner to Park Lane Pavilion in Sha Tin, enjoyed a fulfilling meal with a great atmosphere✨
Dinner included lobster, foie gras, oysters🦪 and freshly sliced bluefin tuna, where you can watch the chef’s superb skills. The value for money is excellent!
Cold lobster chunks are big and meaty, the sashimi highlight is bluefin tuna, with very tender fish meat that’s smooth and rich in flavor. The juicy sashimi scallops and botan shrimp were our best picks. This time they had American oysters, plump with a seawater taste, my favorite paired with lemon juice, smooth texture, and I always take three🙌🏻
Pan-seared Japanese wagyu, you can take one big piece each time, full of fat and rich beef flavor.
Foie gras refills quickly, cooked to order, best eaten hot, the queue moves fast, not bad!
