[Hokkaido] Shakotan Blue - A must-see at least once in your life!

If you come to Yoichi to see Nikka Whisky, be sure to make a trip to Cape Kamui!

From JR Yoichi Station, take the Hokkaido Chuo Bus bound for Shakotan Kamui-misaki (operates from late April to late October) for about 1 hour and 50 minutes, then get off at the last stop and walk for a short distance!

You can also rent a car and go for a drive. On the way, you'll also find a Seico Mart, which is synonymous with Hokkaido!

The opening and closing times of the gates at Cape Kamui vary depending on the season, so be sure to check before you go!

From the gate, you can go to the tip of the cape, about 770 meters away! It takes about 40 minutes round trip. Be careful, as the gates may be closed if the wind is strong!
