Shanghai's Venice, Zhujiajiao Water Village💎💙

If I had to pick the best place during my trip to Shanghai,
I would pick Zhujiajiao Water Village.

Zhujiajiao Water Village is called the Venice of Shanghai,
and is said to be the oldest water village in Shanghai.

The buildings lining the riverbank and the boats anchored on the river were truly picturesque.
It felt like visiting a small village in ancient China🤍

Zhujiajiao Water Village is especially beautiful when you visit around sunset
and you can see the sunset over the river.
Zhujiajiao was a great place to visit quietly since there weren't many people✨

Although it is a bit far from downtown Shanghai,
I really recommend taking a day to visit☺️
