HALO - a dining adventure from another dimension! This newly opened galactic, laser themed restaurant was certainly an extraordinary encounter. With a French-Italian Fusion menu, those who enjoy fine cuisine will adore their offerings. The service was impeccable! I was greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne and starter. I indulged in their 5-course menu which included:
- Homemade European Bread
- Caramelized Foie Gras
- Pumpkin Soup
- Seafood Risotto
- M3 Beef Tenderloin
- Saturn Yuzu Tart
