Oriental pearl tower is in the other side of the bund you can reach here by the Bund sightseeing tunnel across the huangpu river 🏝.
and get off at the pudong side. Or by metro you can take line 2 🚇 and get off at Lijuizi station. Get out from exit 1 and you can see the oriental pearl tower.

Oriental pearl tower is also decorated with minimal decorations 🎊🎁. Recommend to go only if you haven't been there before or you want to see the tower again. Don't expect anything special for Christmas.,
