❤️: The little-known century-old Western-style building, the "Ho Tung Residence," was designed by the famous Hungarian architect Ladislav Hudec in Shanghai. It was once the private residence of the first richest man in Hong Kong, China, Robert Hotung, and became the office of the Shanghai Lexicographical Publishing House in the 1950s.
❤️: This residence is also the second building designed by Ladislav Hudec in Shanghai, which made him famous at the time and laid the foundation for his later work on the Bund and other places. The building is a two-story reinforced concrete structure with a Chinese garden next to it.
❤️: Recently, after careful renovation, this mysterious mansion and the surrounding new buildings and green areas have been transformed into a creative park and officially opened to the public, attracting many passers-by to check in.
❤️: I accidentally discovered a free but excellent exhibition. This exhibition will focus on the creative designs of 10 young Chinese designers and artists using sustainable American hardwood, and the works will more intuitively and truly feel the unique charm of the organic integration of natural wood and design art.
❤️: Echo is a dynamic communication, a multi-level interaction and response between nature and humans. This interaction is not only one-way, but forms a cycle and resonance through continuous feedback and reflection. From a natural perspective, nature itself has the ability to self-regulate and recover.
