The hotel is very clean and soundproof, providing a comfortable, quiet, and tidy environment.

🏘️Room Type/Layout:

The front desk kindly upgraded my room to a Pearl View King Room. The room faces the spectacular Oriental Pearl Tower. Even though the weather was not great, the view was still amazing. The room is well laid out and spacious.

🛌Amenities/Facilities:

The room's mini bar offers free drinks, including a bottle of good quality red wine. The executive lounge is on the 35th floor. It is not crowded during the day and offers a great view of the Oriental Pearl Tower. The afternoon tea is a buffet with a wide variety of options. The wine at Camelia is rich and the chicken wings and fish and chips are delicious. The pool is a highlight of the hotel. There is also a hot tub with a higher water temperature. The pool is 18 meters long and well maintained.

💰Average Spend:

Around RMB 200 per person. Great value for money.

I received two drink vouchers at check-in and the staff explained the executive lounge benefits in detail. The hotel is in a great location and is popular with Korean tourists. The breakfast is unique. There are not many options, but each dish is carefully prepared and replenished at the right time. The staff are professional, enthusiastic, and attentive, making you feel at home.
