💎 There is also a Pierre Gagnaire at Lotte Hotel in Korea,
where the high-floor European-style interior is impressive,

but this place elegantly combines modern design with traditional Chinese style.

It’s located on the 2nd floor, not a high floor,
and the sunlight coming through the windows was bright and wonderful!

💎 I was impressed by how they captured the characteristics of Chinese cuisine and the distinctive ingredients used in China, arranging them thoughtfully in each dish.

If you like French food, you definitely have to come here.

💎 I had breakfast at the Capella Hotel,
and for breakfast, you could choose between Chinese or Western cuisine.
