A 1-hour drive from Suzhou, a spontaneous and relaxing staycation

Seizing the last moments of the holiday, I grabbed my bestie and found a secluded homestay nearby for a getaway⛱️. It’s about a 1-hour drive from Suzhou🚗, and since it was during the Qingming holiday, we even saved on toll fees hhh～

🌟Accommodation Experience
We booked a small suite, and as soon as we entered, we were captivated by the huge room✨. It also had a huge floor-to-ceiling window, and each room came with its own small courtyard. Looking out the window, all you see is green, super healing🌿.
What impressed me the most was the room’s vintage-modern red tiles, very stylish and perfect for photos👍.
The toiletries were all L’Occitane, with beautiful packaging💝. At night, my bestie and I enjoyed a lovely bath🛁 and watched a movie—so relaxing😌.

🌟Activity Experience
The outdoor space here is vast, with facilities for kids, Wupeng boats, cycling, outdoor BBQs, and more🚣‍♀️🚴‍♀️🍢.
On the spring lawn, we enjoyed a delicate afternoon tea, the atmosphere was perfect, and we leisurely savored the afternoon with my bestie.

🌟Dining Experience
Having eaten at countless farmhouse restaurants, I didn’t expect the homestay’s farmhouse dishes to be just as good as those in restaurants outside. We ordered three dishes and one soup, just right for two people. Especially the 🐟, it was incredibly fresh and delicious😋.

💓Also, I have to praise the 24-hour butler service here, which is really thoughtful. Plus, this place is very pet-friendly—I even ran into an adorably huge Shiba Inu🐕.
