Shanghai! Discovered a minimalist-style hotel…

🌟Shanghai Bund Sawah Hotel: A minimalist photo hotspot

📍Prime location
This time I stayed at the North Bund Sawah Hotel in Shanghai, and the location is just perfect! It’s right in the heart of North Bund, just a few steps outside and you can see the Huangpu River, with a distant view of the Bund’s historic international architecture—such an amazing feeling. The hotel is very convenient for transportation, with the subway nearby, making it quick to get anywhere. Plus, there are plenty of attractions around, like Magnolia Square and Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal, all within walking distance—perfect for friends like me who love to explore.

📸A minimalist photo paradise
The style of this hotel is exactly my taste, with minimalist design that feels like every corner is a carefully arranged piece of art—perfect for taking photos and checking in. As soon as you enter the lobby, you get that clean and upscale vibe, with a white and wood color scheme that’s super fresh and neat. The rooms are also very stylish, with simple lines and soft lighting that make the whole space feel especially cozy. I took tons of photos inside the hotel every day and shared them on social media—my friends were so jealous. There are also many little corners inside the hotel, like staircases and corridor ends, where you can snap super atmospheric shots—every photo looks like a masterpiece.

🍽Surprising delights at the restaurant
The hotel’s restaurant pleasantly surprised me. The breakfast selection is quite rich, offering both Chinese and Western options to satisfy different tastes. I especially loved their bread, with a crispy crust and soft inside, paired with fresh fruit and yogurt—so satisfying to eat. The restaurant environment is also great, with window seats that offer views of the outside scenery. Eating breakfast while looking at the river view really puts you in a good mood for the whole day.

🎁Thoughtful little details
Staying here, you can really feel the many thoughtful little touches. For example, the toiletries in the room are high quality and very comfortable to use. One night when I came back late, the front desk staff even reminded me to be careful on the way, which felt very warm. Another time, I forgot to bring my charger, and the front desk lent me one without hesitation—so considerate!

💡Other tips
While staying here, I have a few suggestions. If you want to take a walk near the hotel, you can visit the Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal, where there are many trendy cafes and you can even take a boat to the Bund—very romantic. Also, there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel with various cuisines, so no worries about food. Oh, and the hotel gym is pretty good too, with well-equipped facilities—getting a workout in the morning is a great way to start a day full of energy.

In short, my experience at Shanghai Bund Sawah Hotel was fantastic. I highly recommend it to friends who love minimalist style and taking photos—I'm sure you’ll love it!
