RAC Coffee & Bar, Anfu Road

If you come to Shanghai and don’t stop by this place, you’re seriously missing out!! A super chic brunch & wine bar located on Anfu Road, a street full of trendy shops, hip cafes, and a Parisian vibe perfect for strolling. We went late morning on a weekday and it was still packed because this place is really popular! It has a French + cozy local style with wooden tables packed in, but the vibe is great, like having brunch in Paris 🥗

Menu we tried:
Smoked salmon crepe + egg + cream cheese, so delicious!! The flavors are well balanced, not too salty. The croissant is fragrant 🥐, buttery, and delightful. The iced latte is strong yet smooth and mellow. They also have wine 🍷 but we didn’t try it. A little insider tip: this area is full of foreigners and good-looking Chinese people hanging out, the vibe is amazing, you won’t want to leave once you sit down 🍔

Things to know:
The restaurant does not take reservations. If you come on weekends, be prepared to wait a bit as it’s always busy. There are both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The outdoor seats are great, quiet under the trees, perfect brunch mood. Important to note, prices are a bit high but worth the quality.
