Weekend outing @ Natural History Museum
📍Shanghai, China
One of the popular museums in Shanghai,
to the Natural History Museum 🐘
A super huge museum that both adults and kids can enjoy!

🔷Natural History Museum
🟠Preparation
Reservation required via WeChat. 30 yuan per adult.
There were still available slots a few days before.
Passport is required.
🟠Inside the museum
A vast museum from basement level 2 to ground level 2!
A scale you rarely experience in Japan.
There are many animal specimens and dinosaurs, visually very fun 🦕
Of course adults, but even preschoolers could enjoy it.
The Africa zone feels so real, like you’ve come to Africa 🐘
The souvenir shop is also spacious and well-stocked.
There were shops on the 1st and 2nd floors as well.
We stayed for 2 hours and fully enjoyed it.
There is a restaurant inside the museum, but I don’t know if it’s good lol
I took a taxi for 20 minutes to a Beijing hot pot restaurant.
🔷Nanmen Shuariou
🟠Lunch
To a popular Beijing hot pot restaurant.
There are several stores in Shanghai, but we went to the Shanghai third store, 20 minutes by taxi from the museum.
It’s near places like Tianzifang.
We ordered 3 kinds of meat, 1 kind of vegetable, 1 kind of mushroom, and noodles, and two adults were full.
The lamb was tender, thick-cut, and really delicious 🐏!!
The two especially recommended dishes are “Fresh Cut Lamb Shank 52 yuan” and “Fresh Cut Yuanbao 58 yuan”!
Both are said to be meat from the leg of the lamb.
Even people who don’t like lamb can enjoy it without the strong smell (the peanut sauce has a strong flavor that masks it), and it’s tasty.
It was delicious enough to understand why it’s popular!
