This trip to Shanghai was in March, which is still winter. I stopped by to walk around the Xintaindi area and happened to find a Chinese tea shop with really great vibes and tone. At first, I just felt cold and wanted to stop by for some hot tea with friends.
This shop did not disappoint at all. The shop's name is in Chinese, friends, you can see it in the picture. I tried to find out the name but didn’t know what it was 🥹. When you walk in, the staff will bring you a menu. One downside is that they don’t speak English here, so just translate on your phone and tap to choose your menu.
🫖 I ordered rose tea to try. I have to say, China is truly the origin of tea because the taste is delicious and very fragrant 🫶🏻. I wanted to buy some to bring back home.
📸 Besides the tea being delicious, the shop is beautifully decorated, and the photos come out with a very European feel.
If you stop by this area, you have to try this shop. It’s not hard to find, friends, just follow the pictures.
📍 The shop is located in the Xintaindi area
💸 The price is reasonable; I ordered rose tea for about 150 baht.
